M.V.Cargo LLC is holding a tender among suppliers of laboratory equipment, as a result of which a contract will be concluded with the company for further cooperation. Preferred payment terms: 100% post-payment within 20 working days from the moment of receipt of the goods according to the invoice. The following information is required for the verification of the enterprise and the conclusion of the contract by the financial department: Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs (dated in the current year). Copy of the certificate of the VAT payer · Statute · certificate from the bank on opening a bank account. · Copy of pages 1-7 of the passport of the head of the enterprise, certified personally by the signature of the owner of the passport; · Consent to the processing of personal data (see appendix) · Copy of the appointment order of the director / trustee representing the interests of the supplier / other documents certifying the authority of the director; · Balance sheet and report on financial results for the last reporting year - certified by the seal of the enterprise with the inscription "copy is correct", signed of an authorized person or with a copy of electronic receipt No. 2 on the acceptance of the report; · A letter stating that you do not cooperate with the Russian Federation.
