- Novus Ukraine LLC conducts an annual tender for the purchase of laptops and invites partners to participate in bidding. Purchase will be made on a multibrand principle in stage 2. The results of the auction will be selected and a contract of supply with one of the participants will be concluded. 1: Pre -qualification and testing of equipment participants submit applications and documents according to the list below. The participant must provide samples of equipment corresponding to the technical specification for testing and evaluation. Termina of samples: no more than 10 working days after completion The deadline for applying for qualification. Testing and evaluation of the equipment is carried out within 10 working days after receipt of the samples. Stage 2: Submission of commercial proposals participants whose equipment has successfully passed the testing will be invited to the second stage for submission of commercial proposals. Procurement: The purchase of equipment is made by several orders during the year. The number is indicative and may change. The minimal (guaranteed) quantity: 46 units. Maximal (non -guaranteed) number: 70 units. "Novus Ukraine" does not undertake full -redemption declared maximum number. Price: Price per unit of equipment is fixed in US dollars ($) taking into account VAT for a term of 1 year. Security of equipment: Series: Business Series. slots): One module of 8GB of DDR5 type is installed. At least two slots for RAM are required. Memory should not be soldered on the motherboard (exclusively modular type). Drug: NVME SSD 250 GB (+-50 GB).
