- We invite you to participate in the tender for the purchase of rolled metal and hardware products for the needs of Khmilnytsk LLC. TENDER TERMS: 1st round "Acceptance of offers" Deadline: until 11:00 a.m. 12/15/2025 According to the results of the 1st round, the Participant provides: - a commercial offer, according to the declared Subject of purchase. The proposal must clearly indicate the technical parameters (DSTU (GOST), ISO, TU, terms of payment, terms and conditions of delivery. Proposals that contain incomplete information may not be considered, and Participants may not be allowed to participate in Reduction. 2nd round "Reduction" Deadline: will be determined after the end of the reception and consideration of proposals. Price offers sent by participants after the deadline for the Reduction are used indicatively and are not considered when summarizing the results. Before bidding participants with different payment conditions may be admitted. After the bidding, the calculation of the "Indicated price" will be applied (payment terms and delivery terms will be taken into account). When choosing the winners, the Supplier's status, cooperation experience, Preference will be given to manufacturers of rolled metal. According to the results of the 2nd round, the winner sends: - a final commercial offer with copies of quality certificates (upon request) - at the request of the Customer, additional information related to the Subject of purchase (country-of-origin of the Goods, certificates of conformity, quality, GTE, experience in the execution of similar contracts, etc.) According to the results of the bidding, a standard contract form will be sent to the Astarta-Kyiv editorial office for signing. ATTENTION PARTICIPANTS:- The customer has the right to unilaterally reduce the volume of purchased goods.
