PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih (hereinafter - the Company) is interested in conducting competitive and transparent tenders and appreciates the same attitude from tender participants. The company reserves the right to suspend cooperation in the event of identification of affiliation between tender participants during or after the tender. In order to avoid such situations, please tender participants, to inform the Company if their affiliates participate in the tender. When determining the results of the tender, the offers of the tender participants that meet the Company's request regarding commercial and technical requirements are taken into account.
