Purchase type: Goods DK 021:2015:34710000-7: Helicopters, airplanes, space and other powered aircraft Procurement is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine on Public Procurement, taking into account the requirements of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine resolution of 12 October 2022 No. 1178 On approval of the specifics of public procurement of goods, works and services for customers provided for by the Law of Ukraine On Public Procurement, for the period of the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine and within 90 days from its termination or cancellation (with changes). All proposal documents prepared directly by the resident participant must be written in Ukrainian. If a document written in a language other than Ukrainian is submitted as part of the offer, the participant provides a translation of this document. The translation must be certified by the translator's signature and seal (if used) and the participant's signature.
