Description:
The Multiplex cinema chain is conducting a search for suppliers and a request for proposals for recliners for movie theaters for the needs of the Multiplex chain cinemas in White Lines, Kyiv, Ocean mall, Kyiv, Epiland Lviv. The customer does not consider offers from counterparties of any form of ownership that have final beneficiaries in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus Preference is given to VAT payers. The price of offers from the FOP or LLC of the 3rd group of single tax non-VAT payers will be compared with the price without VAT from the participants who pay VAT. The comparison of offers is carried out taking into account the terms of payment - the number of days of payment deferral. The commercial offer must contain the total cost, delivery cost, delivery terms, payment terms. The offer must indicate the detailed cost of the product: separately the cost of the chair, the material of the covering of the product and the cost of accessories (table, lamps, chargers and all other additional functions).Each of the participants will undergo the internal qualification selection of the Customer, which will directly influence the decision-making. The installation work is carried out according to the work schedule agreed with the customer. The Customer considers only the offers of suppliers that provide certificates compliance and other necessary documents, document circulation takes place in the EDO (MEDOK or Vchasno) The given prices and terms of payment are fixed in the contract agreed between the customer and the supplier The customer reserves the right to cancel the purchase or make a decision without providing explanations or comments
