• Description:
• The purpose of the tender: Selection of a contractor for the supply of equipment and installation of hybrid solar power plants (SES). The project is of critical importance for the energy independence of mobile bases of personnel carrying out humanitarian demining of territories. Order feature: Requirement to the mobility of the structures: the system must be integrated into the container infrastructure with the possibility of quick disassembly and safe transportation when relocating the camps. 1. Technical task Subject of procurement: Supply of equipment and commissioning of 3 sets of hybrid SES. Equipment specification (total quantity for 3 objects): Deye SUN-15K-SG05LP3 hybrid inverter - 3 sets. (replacement with an equivalent is not allowed due to the need for cascading connection to the existing one network). Hybrid inverter Deye SUN-6K-SG03LP1 - 3 sets. (replacement for an equivalent is not allowed). LiFePo4 16kW battery - 6 pcs. Longi Solar LR7-72HVH-640 solar panels - 15 pcs. Power cabinet - 3 pcs. DC shield (for solar panels) - 3 sets. Distributor Battery - 3 pcs. SES control controller - 3 sets. Frame (2.5*6 m) for mounting 5 panels on a container - 3 pcs. Cable products and consumables - 3 sets.. 2. Technical requirements for performance of work Mobility: All fastening nodes must support the possibility quick disassembly for transportation together with the container. Cable routes: Use of specialized solar cable with UV protection. Protection of lines with corrugated pipes resistant to external influences. Settings: Ensuring parallel operation of inverters and integration of the monitoring system.3. Qualification requirements and documentation To participate in the tender, the supplier must provide: A commercial offer indicating the cost, delivery terms and warranty obligations.
