• Description:
• "Silpo-Food" LLC conducts a request for quotations for freight transportation services of 5 tons (10-15 pallets) and 10 tons (17-21 pallets) in the city of Kyiv for 2026. Circular routes (if necessary, on the return journey, the driver returns the container to the RC on the same day). The number of points on the route is from 1 to 6. It should be included in the price without additional payment. Cars must undergo a technical condition check once a quarter at our ATP in the village of Trebukhov. The age of the car is no more than 20 years. The car can make 1-2 flights per day. The driver must clearly arrive for loading according to the schedule. It is mandatory to have a spare car and driver. It will be an advantage to perform the service "unloading by the driver of the carrier at the unloading point of the pallet/RC" using an electric trolley. We work according to the formula: cost per flight (5 tons) = 15% (Diesel fuel) + 85% (remaining); We work according to the formula: cost per flight (10 tons) = 25% (Diesel fuel) + 75% (remaining), more details described in the DU to the contract. The cost of fuel is checked according to the average price of the DP on the website https://vseazs.com/ for the Kyiv region. In case of a change in the price per liter of the DP by 5% or more, the tariff is recalculated. Our current payment terms are a minimum payment delay of 30 cal. days. Please familiarize yourself with the package documentation attached in the procurement materials. When submitting a price offer, be sure to attach a scanned copy of the license for domestic transportation of goods by trucks, fill out the files "TK-routes", "checklist of requirements for transport of the carrier", "RFI-request for information from the counterparty". In the "TZ-routes" file, be sure to fill in the "routes" tab, indicating: the number of cars per day that you are willing to place for us and the tariff for 1 round trip per day without VAT.
