- "Silpo-Food" LLC conducts a request for quotations for passenger transportation services in the Kyiv region along the production route "Kyiv, Kiltseva doroga St., 3 - Kyiv, Slobozhanska St., 13". The scheduled start date of the route is November 1, 2025. Procurement period: November 1, 2025-April 31, 2025, with the possibility extensions. The procurement materials include a technical task (schedule, route, passenger capacity), a checklist of transport requirements and templates of contractual documents, please read them. Bus for 18 seated passengers (not including the driver's seat), circular route (there and back), 2 changes in day. A mandatory condition for participation in the procurement procedure is the availability of reserve transport and a reserve driver in case of force majeure. The carrier independently develops the route passport and agrees with the National Police of Ukraine. Current payment conditions of Silpo-Food LLC - minimum delay 30 k.d. The price for the delivery period is not subject to review, but in the event of a change in the price of fuel by more than 5% according to the average price for 1 liter of fuel from the website https://vseazs.com/ in the Kyiv region, the price for the flight may be transferred to one side or the other. Formula cost of transportation with different % of fuel for buses of different passenger capacities are listed in Appendix No. 2 to the contract for the provision of passenger transportation services. When submitting a commercial offer, you must also: fill in the "RFI-request for information about the counterparty" file and the "Price proposal" file, indicating the cost per day (there and back for 2 round trips), without VAT, indicating the number plates of the main and reserve buses and the passenger capacity; attach scanned copies of the documents to the bus according to the checklist.
