• "Silpo-Food" LLC conducts a request for price offers for passenger transportation services in the following directions: 1) Yaremche-Bukovel; 2) Yasinya-Bukovel. Contract period - 1 calendar year with the possibility of extension, estimated start date - May 2026. Quantity the number of seats in the vehicle must not be less than specified in the Specifications. An advantage will be the ability of the carrier to perform overtime flights (in particular, night shifts in peak periods) at the request of the Customer. A mandatory condition for participation in the procurement procedure includes the availability of a reserve driver and a reserve vehicle in case of force majeure, which, if necessary, the carrier must provide within 30 minutes. In the event that the Customer has any comments regarding the vehicle interior, the carrier must eliminate them within a week; in case of non-compliance, the Customer can terminate the contract unilaterally. The carrier must ensure compliance with the temperature regime in the vehicle cabin in accordance with clause 2.4.24, clause 2.4.25 of the contract and equip vehicle with a thermometer to measure the temperature in the car interior. In winter and in difficult weather conditions, the vehicle must be equipped with anti-slip chains for the wheels and, if necessary, provide them for inspection within 3 days.
