• Description:
• "Silpo-Food" LLC conducts a request for price offers for passenger transportation services in the Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa and Zaporizhia regions. The contract period is 1 calendar year with the possibility of extension, the estimated start date is April 2026 (may to shift). Circular routes (there and back 2 shifts per day), except for lots #12 and #26. The number of seats in the vehicle must not be less than specified in the Technical Task. Each first position in the lot is the current passenger capacity, each second position in the lot - potential-possible passenger capacity of the route during the year. The carrier has 3 days from the day of receiving the notice from the Customer to replace the vehicle (according to the second position in the lot). A mandatory condition for participation in the procurement procedure there is the availability of a reserve driver and a reserve vehicle in case of force majeure, which, if necessary, the carrier must submit within 30 minutes. If the Customer has any comments regarding the interior of the vehicle, the carrier must eliminate them in one week period, in case of non-fulfilment, the Customer may terminate the contract unilaterally. The carrier must ensure compliance with the temperature regime in the interior of the vehicle in accordance with Clause 2.4.24, Clause 2.4.25 of the contract and equip the vehicle a thermometer to measure the temperature in the car interior. In the winter and in difficult weather conditions, the vehicle must be equipped with anti-slip chains for the wheels and, if necessary, provide them for inspection within 3 days. In the event of flight delays, breakdowns, accidents, etc. carrier within 10 minutes. must inform the Customer. The carrier independently develops the route passport and agrees it with the National Police of Ukraine.
