Basic requirements for products: compliance with the technical specifications of the customer (organoleptic, physicochemical, microbiological and safety indicators); availability of international safety and quality certificates (BRC, FSSC 22000, ISO, HACCP, etc.); pallets providing protection against moisture and impurities; marking: product name (botanical and commercial), manufacturer/supplier, batch number, storage conditions, date of production, shelf life; shelf life of 12 to 24 months (depending on the type of raw material); processing methods (ionizing radiation, ETO, PPO, steam treatment). Annual purchase volumes: Mustard powder - 2 500 kgcoriander whole - 80,000 kg of mustard (Sarepian/white) - 10,000 kgs of mustard: 180 kg. deliveries of delivery, payment conditions and shipment.
