Description of purchase (request for price offers) Subject of purchase: Supply, rental and/or replacement with service of entrance mats for gas stations and offices within the city of Kyiv and Kyiv region for gas stations (gas stations) and office premises within Kyiv and the region. The subject of the request includes the following items: Mat size (cm) - Quantity, pcs115x200 - 29 pcs115x200 - 25 pcs150x300 - 4 pcs85x150 - 98 pcs85x75 - 3 pcs (A complete list of objects with addresses and the number of mats will be provided in attachment.)There are three possible options for participation: Delivery (purchase) — sale of two sets of rugs of the specified sizes. Rental of rugs — with replacement and maintenance. Maintenance service (washing, replacement) — once every two weeks. The participant can submit an offer: according to one of the options (for example, only rent or only sale); or a comprehensive offer covering all three options. Delivery requirements: Delivery of rugs — to objects within Kyiv and the Kyiv region (addresses in the attachment). Rugs must be new, suitable for use in public places (gas stations, offices). In case rental or maintenance — it is necessary to ensure regular replacement, washing and cleaning according to the agreed schedule. Term of the contract: 1 year with the possibility of extension upon agreement of the parties. Participants must provide in the offer: a commercial offer with a calculation of the cost for each of the possible options (purchase, lease, service); terms of delivery or start of services; warranty conditions (in case of sale); details of the company and contact person.
