Description:
In order to participate in the tender for the supply and installation of equipment, the Ovik, the contractor must provide the following documents-commercial proposal-must be signed by the authorized person and certified by the seal;as of the day of submission of documents; -stut in the current version (all pages, including the reverse, which there is information)-description signed by the state registrar for changes to the constituent documents (regarding the charter in the current version);architecture with annexes; special permits and declarations granted to the Subcontractor for the performance of high-risk works and for the operation of machines, mechanisms, equipment of high risk; Qualification certificates of employees; -Copy of the passport and code of the manager (signatory) of the consignment; -cord or other document confirming the authority of the signatory of the contractor (if any);cumulative income) - the last submitted (registered); - the report of the ESA Subcontractor (report on the amounts of accrued wages (income, financial support, assistance, compensation) of insured persons and the amount of accrued single contribution to compulsory state social insurance to bodiesincome and fees) Annex 4-Table 1 The last submitted (registered);-the decision of the owners or controlling body of the Subcontractor to grant the authority to sign the contract (in the caseTo perform construction work;
