- ATTENTION!!!This RFP is open to national and international biddersUNICEF has now issued a Request for Proposals in order to select a supplier for the provision of Investment Case on ECE ECD and Investment Case on YouthThe purpose of these assignments is to develop two investment cases:1. The first is to support and strengthen early childhood development, including specific analyses of education and health interventions as part of the Government of Ukraine-s national recovery plan, and UNICEF-s support to this plan, to ensure adequate resources, quality interventions and partnerships between central and local government, civil society, the private sector and communities. The investment cases should inform the scale up of ECE and ECD services, integrating the aspects of gender equality and women-s economic empowerment/social support lens, human rights and equity particularly focusing on vulnerable war-effected children. 2.
