- Dear supplier! The HOPE Project representative office invites you to participate in the tender RFQ-022UKR25 Conclusion of an agreement on the purchase of non-food electrotechnical goods. Please familiarize yourself with the terms of the tender and submit your offer according to the attached documents. The deadline for submitting proposals is January 9, 2026, 4:00 p.m. (Ukrainian time). Your proposals can be submitted in the following ways: • by sending sealed hard copies to our office (see the cover letter for details) at at the address of Dnipro, vulyu. Mechnikova, 19 (office 602) OR • by e-mail to: ebid-ukraine@projecthope.org (do not copy other e-mail addresses, only this one). We note that the project, within the framework of which we purchase goods and services, has passed the procedure state registration of the Program (Project), implemented with the funds of MTD. Operations for receiving goods within the framework are exempt from VAT. Therefore, in Appendix-1, submit the prices of goods in two versions without VAT and with VAT.
