Purchase will be carried out at the expense of the Global Fund Subgrant (CMU Resolution No. 284 of April 17, 2013 some issues of importation into the customs territory of Ukraine of goods and supply of goods in the customs territory of Ukraine Grants (Subgrants) of the Global Fund for AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria in Ukraine). Existing legislation freely allows such exemption from VAT for contracts through registration of certificate-confirmation in the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
