- Fayno Market chain of stores announces a Request for commercial offers for the transportation of goods according to the routes and requirements in the TOR. • The customer considers commercial offers only provided within the E-Tender platform. for all subsequent purchases. VAT payers and non-VAT payers, respectively • Separate routes from the company are put up for tender, according to the results of the tender, they will be accepted decision to increase the number of routes for the winners of the tender from the network. In the offer, indicate the price for transportation on the indicated routes in the TOR, the possibility of fixing the price for a certain period, or indicate the possibility of tying the price to the cost of fuel or formula or other options. Indicate the desired payment terms. Preference is given to proposals with deferred payment and the ability of the supplier to provide high-quality and reliable service, the fleet must meet the requirements of food retail. Each of the participants will undergo an internal qualification selection of the Customer, which will directly affect the acceptance solutions. • Preference is given to companies with their own vehicles. Availability of backup (replacement) vehicles in case of breakdown of the provided vehicle. • The customer considers only offers from counterparties that have all the necessary registration documents and licenses for transportation. • Cooperation is taking place according to the Customer's standard contract. • In case of provision of high-quality and reliable service, the cooperation contract will be transferred to long-term cooperation. • Address of the Customer's RC: Kropyvnytskyi, str. the winner. • The customer reserves the right to cancel the purchase, or to make a decision without providing explanations or comments.
