- Purpose: to select an independent audit company to carry out the verification of used funds received from donors for financial and economic activities. Service Provision: Audit checks (online or offline). Volume of work: verification of reporting (other documents if necessary) and use of funds. Service Terms: The audit must be completed within two months from the date of signing the contract. The audit company, which will be selected within the tender, must provide a comprehensive check of the use of funds provided by donors for conducting financial and economic activities of the Hub Social Equation Charitable Foundation. The audit should cover the following basic stages and tasks: 1. Analysis of financial documentation: ü check of primary accounting documents, financial reports, accounts, acts of work performed, contracts, and other supporting documents. ü assessment of compliance of financial transactions with the requirements of donors and the current legislation of Ukraine. 2.
