Development service technical toland management documentation regarding the inventory of communally owned lands (Code DK 021:2015 71350000-6 Scientific and technical services in the field of engineering) Purpose of procurement: Inventory of communally owned lands of the Sumy City Territorial Community, at the addresses: st. Pogranichna, 47, str.Myrhorodska, 2, str. Lebedynska, 15 in the city of Sumy is being conducted with the aim of forming land plots for the collection of unreasonably saved funds due to the use of communally owned land plots without issuing the relevant documents. The total estimated area of land to be surveyedntarization is 37.0 ha. Requirements for the service The provided services must meet the requirements of the following legal acts: - Land Code of Ukraine; - the Law of Ukraine "On Land Management"; - The procedure for carrying out land inventory, approved by the resolution of the CMU dated 06.05.2019 No. 476; - Law Ucountries "About the State Land Cadastre"; - Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On approval of the Procedure for maintaining the State Land Cadastre" dated 17.10.2012 No. 1051.
