Complex diagnosis of oxygen station, namely:
1. Diagnosis of Airsep AS-G Oxygen Generator, including:
- Audit of main filters;
- check the performance of the valve group;
- Verification of performance measuring instruments and automation control systems;
- verification of pressure concentration parameters;
- checking the parameters of the gas analyzer;
- Checking the parameters of emergency alarm.
2. Diagnosis of air compressors atlas Copco Ga-11ff, including:
- performance of all work on the STT;
- inspection and cleaning of the surfaces of the olive and gas cooler modules and a built -in dehumidifier;
- checking the efficiency of the built -in dehumidifier;
- condensation audit;
- checking the processing of protective settings;
- Checking the equipment of the KVPIA system;
- disassembly and audit of electromagnetic valves;
-audit the performance of the reverse valve of minimum pressure;
- check of the performance of the valves (inlet, drainage, thermostatic, unloading);
- diagnosis of compression elements of the compressor;
- check the humidity at the outlet.
3. Diagnosis of the Greggersen Gasetechnik Gmbh oxygen ramp, in t.:
- check the pressure and tightness of pipe connections to valves.
