Description:
Purpose of services: ensuring sanitary and epidemiological safety of production, prevention of penetration, distribution and development of rodents and insects in the territory of the enterprise. Regular disinfestation measures (flying and creeping insects) • Treatment of internal and external zones: production shops, production areas, warehouses, refrigerators, administrative premises, territory around the premises. Regularity of services: • deratization - at least once a week, if necessary - prompt response • disinsection - at least once a week, if necessary - prompt response • Services provider must respond to emergency request Request to the supplier: • availability of license and permission for deratization and disinfestation work • experience in working with food industry (availability of recommendations/contracts); Allowed by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for use at food industry objects • compliance with the requirements of international food safety standards. References to means and methods: • Applying safe processing methods taking into account the specificity of meat production. Establishment and accounting of rodenticidal stations, ultrasonic traps, sticky traps, etc. • Provision of reporting documentation after each processing (act of work performed, photo fixation, plan of placement of pest control products). Absence rodents and insects in production and storage facilities • Minimizing risks for products according to safety standards. The preparedness of the enterprise for audits and inspections of controlling bodies. services; • Experience with food enterprises • availability of permits • reporting system • speed of response to emergency call
