General information and substantiation of the need for "100 percent of life. Zaporozhye" has been carrying out activities aimed at resolving social issues and supporting vulnerable groups. Due to the significant expansion of activity in 2024, changes in the external environment, the increase in the number of staff, as well as the emergence of new areas of work, there was a need to update the organizational structure. Among the key motivations: expanding the range of services and opening new units. The need for a clear distinction between roles, functions and areas of responsibility between management levels. Ensuring effective coordination of work between departments. The desire to meet modern approaches to the management of NGOs and to strengthen the institutional capacity.
