Description:
We invite all interested participants to participate in the collection of proposals for the provision of services for the delivery of printing materials. The contractor must provide a comprehensive product delivery service, including collection from contractors' warehouses, sorting, assembly, packaging, delivery, storage and reporting. The service must provide effective control over the delivery process, guarantee timely receipt of products by the recipient and the ability to analyze the balance. Mandatory service parameters: Independent collection of products from contractors' warehouses Sorting of products according to type, region and order. Assembly orders according to the needs of recipients. Packaging of products in accordance with address marking and safe delivery requirements. Delivery to specified addresses. Storage of product balances in case of force majeure situations or for new stores. Formation and provision of reports, including the register of invoices and calculation of shipments. Execution of urgent and unscheduled requests for delivery. Monthly audit of product balances in storage. Provision of a place to store materials in the contractor's warehouse. The possibility of sending on any day of the week, including urgent requests and weekends. Important: Bidders are obliged to add a completed file with prices, which is attached as an attachment, when submitting a proposal. Terms of cooperation: We cooperate only under the terms of signing the contract. Signing contracts through the electronic document management service "On time" Priority — delay of payment Preference is given supplier with the best prices and terms of cooperation.
