- ASHAN Ukraine Hypermarket LLC announces a tender for services for international road transportation of goods (2026). The purpose of the tender: the selection of a qualified and reliable carrier/forwarder for the performance of international transportation of goods according to the directions specified in commercial request. Evaluation criteria: cost of services, compliance with requirements, level of expertise and experience, level of preparation of the tender task, security and compliance with international standards. The customer reserves the right to request additional information/conduct an audit and is not obliged to choose the cheapest offer. Requirements for implementation (key): availability of GPS monitoring and the possibility of providing data in real time; compliance with the temperature regime upon application; thermal registration/continuous monitoring with fixation every 10 minutes and providing a temperature report after the flight; sealing of TK (number of seals = number of delivery points, unless otherwise agreed). Payment: 100% cash on delivery, after 30 (thirty) working days from the date of signing the acceptance-handover act of services provided by authorized representatives of the Parties, but not earlier than the first Monday following the thirtieth working day from the date of signing of such an act by the Parties. If such Monday falls on a weekend/holiday, the above payment shall be made on the next Monday following it. .Language of documents: Ukrainian.Currency of calculations: UAH (including VAT).(In the KP table please indicate the tariff also in EUR without VAT — for comparison of offers; actual calculations - in hryvnias) must be included with the offer to add document scans: articles of association; EDRPOU; certificate of the payer of VAT / single tax; certificate in any form regarding arrests/bails and the existence of tax disputes.
