Services for the introduction of an automated system of early emergency detection on three objects (see Files to the Tender) Composition of the Services: - Implementation of the Automated Early Detection of the Threat of Emergency Situations and Population Automated System of Automated System(ASRVNSO) Automated System of Class "Man-Mashin", which combines automatic processes of detecting the threat of emergency, observation and processing of information on the current state of objects and buildings, engineering structures, networks located in territories with the riskphenomena and processes, prompt provision of actual and predicted information to users, as well as notification (if necessary) of employees and heads of the object responsible for the state of technogenic safety, officials of executive authorities and local self -government and the population in directparticipation of the human operator.
