Purchase subject: Production of accounting documentation for the object ofof cultural heritage includes: familiarization with the submitted documentation and the object in kind, inspection of the object, organization of documentary-protocol photography, documentary-protocol photography, photo production, photo annotation, album production, scientific management of works. Passporting of objectsand cultural heritage is carried out in the form of: - an accounting card - a historical certificate developed in accordance with the Methodological recommendations for the development of historical (historical and architectural) certificates, approved by the order of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Ukraine dated November 2, 2009 No. 956/0/16-09; - passport ofof the object of cultural heritage in the form approved by the order of the Ministry of Culture and State Building dated 13.05.2004 No. 295/104; - materials of photofixation of the current state of the object: photo of the general appearance, photo of the object in context (environment), photo of the most valuable ( characteristic) elements of the object, photo movementof objects (details), photos of interiors, photos of threats (actions of negative factors); the form must be numbered, stitched and contain ...
