- Transfer (Bus) for the National Youth Team of Ukraine U-17 from Kyiv (UAF, Laboratory Laboratory, 7A) to UNYUV, Poland (Termalna 1, Aparthotel Termy Uniejow) Poland (Termalna 1, Aparthotel Termy Uniejow Hotel) to Kyiv (UAF, Laboratory Lane, 7a) by passing through the cities of Warsaw (Chopin Airport), Lviv.31 August 2025 - Transfer from Kyiv to the city of UNYUF. Poland to the city of Kyiv. Fill in the information provided in annexes before purchasing; 2. providing a contract that will confirm the provision of similar services for the last two years (from the date of publication of the procurement); 3. Carry out the activity for more than 1 year (from the date of publication of the procurement) 4. availability of license from international passenger transportation; 5. the vehicle to which the services will be provided or the carrier's rent; 6. Scancopy of Certificate of Certificate registration of a vehicle; 7. Photo of the vehicle (from the outside, from the middle and luggage compartment) to which services will be provided; 8. In case of involvement of third parties in the provision of services under the contract- to fulfill the requirements referred to in paragraphs 4-7, regarding such third parties. passenger capacity of at least 50 people;- the presence of a toilet and air conditioning.
