Fill in the information provided in annexes before purchasing; 2. providing a contract,which will confirm the provision of similar services in the last two years (from the date of publication of the procurement); 3. Carry out the activity for more than 1 year (from the date of publication of the procurement) 4. availability of license from international passenger transportation; 5. the vehicle that will be provided with services should be inthe ownership or lease of the carrier; 6. scanning the certificate of registration of the vehicle; 7. Photo of the vehicle (from the outside, from the middle and luggage compartment) to which services will be provided; 8. In case of involvement of third parties in the provision of services under the contract - to fulfill the requirements specified in paragraphs4-7, regarding such third parties.transportation
