- Services for the transportation of the official delegation of the GS Ukrainian Football Association from Kyiv (Ukraine) to Vroclaw (Poland) with return to Kyiv (Ukraine) .03 September 2025 Departure from Kyiv, Laboratory lane, 7-A (UAF) to Lviv; Station, Sq. Dvirtseva, 1) and departure to Wroclaw (Poland) Hotel HP Park Plaza (ul. Drobnera 11-13, 50-257 Wrocław); September 05 2025 Movement on Wroclaw (Hotel-Hotel); Plaza (ul. Drobnera 11-13, 50-257 Wrocław) through Lviv (Main Railway Station, Dvirtseva Square, 1) to Kyiv (laboratory 7-a (UAF). The place of arrival will be agreed between the customer and the winner. Complete the information provided in annexes to purchases; 2. providing a contract that will confirm the provision of similar services over the last two years (from the date of publication of the procurement); 3. Carry out the activity for more than 1 year (from the date of publication of the procurement) 4. availability of license from international passenger transportation; 5. vehicle that will be provided with services must be owned or rented by carrier; 6. scanning the certificate of registration of the vehicle; 7. Photo of the vehicle (from the outside, from the middle and luggage compartment) to which services will be provided; 8. In case of involvement of third parties in the provision of services under the contract - fulfill the requirements, referred to in paragraphs 4-7, regarding such third parties.
