Services for the transportation of the youth national team of Ukraine U16 (2010) from the city of Warsaw (Chopin Airport) to the city of Kyiv (UAF, Laboratorniy Lane, 7A) - through the city of Lviv November 6, 2025 - transfer from Warsaw (Chopin Airport) to the city of Kyiv (Laboratory 7-A lane (UAF) - through the city of Lviv or the city of Vinnyki in case of curfew (FC Rukh base) Requirements for the carrier: 1. fill in the information provided in the annexes to the purchase; 2. provide a contract that will confirm the provision of similar services for the last two years (from the date of publication of the procurement); 3. has been operating for more than 1 year (from the date of procurement publication) 4. availability of a license for international transportation of passengers; 5. the vehicle to which the services will be provided must be owned or lease of the carrier; 6. scan copy of the vehicle registration certificate; 7. a photo of the vehicle (outside, inside and luggage compartment) to which the services will be provided; 8. in case of involvement of third parties in the provision of services under the contract - to perform the requirements specified in clauses 4-7 in relation to such third parties. 9. confirm the presence of a stable connection to the Internet (Wi-Fi) throughout the trip.
