Services for the transportation of youth national team of Ukraine U18 (2008) From the city of Kyiv (UAF, Laboratory lane, 7a) to the city of Warsaw (Schopane Airport), and from the city of Warsaw (Schopane Airport) to the city of Kiev (UAF, Laboratory lane, 7a) on September 1, 2025 - transfer from the city of Kiev (UAF) City of Lviv. September 10, 2025 - transfer from the city of Warsaw (Schopane Airport) - city of Kiev (laboratory 7 -a laboratory (UAF) - through the city of Lviv. information provided in annexes before purchasing; 2. providing a contract that will confirm the provision of similar services over the last two years (from the date of publication of the procurement); 3. Carry out the activity for more than 1 year (from the date of publication of the procurement) 4. availability of license from international passenger transportation; 5. transport The remedy to be provided services must be owned or rented by a carrier; 6. scanning the certificate of registration of the vehicle; 7. Photo of the vehicle (from the outside, from the middle and luggage compartment) to which services will be provided; 8. In case of attracting third parties to the provision of services under the contract- to fulfill the requirements specified in paragraphs 4-7, regarding such third parties.
