Subject of purchase: Nomenclature item: code DK 021:2015: 44621200-1 — Boilers. When receiving the goods, the participant must provide the documents provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine, which confirm the relevant quality characteristics of the goods (conclusion of the state sanitary and epidemiological examination, and/oro technical passport for the product, and/or declaration of compliance with the requirements of technical regulations) as well as documents of the manufacturer of the boiler equipment: - manufacturer's passport for the boiler and/or operating instructions for the boiler; - Manufacturer's certificate. The product (packaging) must be labeled accordinglyto the manufacturer's standards, which enables: to identify the Product, its origin, date of manufacture. Acceptance of the goods in terms of quantity and quality is carried out by the Customer's representative. The product must be new and complete with instructions for use and storage in Ukrainian. The quality isVaru must meet the requirements for the quality of such goods established by the current legislation of Ukraine. In the case of receiving the goods without any document, the presence of which is mandatory in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine and this Agreement, and/or the document provided by the Supplier is executedin violation of the terms of this Agreement and/or the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, the Customer has the right, at his own discretion, to refuse the goods and not to accept the goods.
