Subject of purchase: 1. Sour cream with vitamin D3, fat content of not less than 21% - must meet the requirements of TU in terms of sugar content, must meet the nutritional requirements set by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, acidity 60 - 100 T, and shelf life of no more than 10 days. Good-quality sour cream should have pure aciditymilky taste and smell with a pronounced taste and aroma, to match the pasteurized product, uniform consistency. The color should be white with a creamy shade, uniform throughout the mass. Must meet the requirements of DSTU. Delivery of goods according to applications twice a week (Monday, Wednesday) and addItem No. 2 of the draft contract. Each batch of goods is accompanied by: — a copy of documents certifying the quality of the goods. When concluding and signing the contract, the Supplier must provide the Customer with copies of DSTU ISO "Food Safety Management System" certificates. Requirements forof any food chain organizations issued in the name of the Supplier. 2. Each batch of goods is accompanied by a copy of documents certifying the quality of the goods, labeling is provided based on the requirements of the Law of Ukraine dated 06.12.2018 No. 2639-VIII "On information for consumers regarding food products. Products whose shelf life has expired by no more than 10% are allowed for delivery.
