Subject of purchase: Payment procedure: cashless (after presentation by the winning Participant of a properly executed goods and transport invoice in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation, which must contain an impression of the seal (except for the winning Participants that carry out activities without a seal according too with current legislation) and the signature of the winning Participant). Payment for the Goods by the BUYER is made within 10 banking days from the day the BUYER receives the funds to pay for the Goods, taking into account the first part of Article 23 of the Budget Code of Ukraine regarding the BUYER's payment obligations in case ofthe rest of the corresponding budgetary allocation (budgetary appropriations). The quality of the Product must meet the quality conditions: Sour-milk cheese 9-10%, 1 kg, and state standards (GOST) valid in Ukraine for this category of goods. The technical and quality characteristics of the Product must comply with the regulationsregistered/registered current normative acts of current legislation. The product must not contain genetically modified organisms, harmful and toxic substances. Each batch of the Product must be accompanied by a document confirming its origin, freshness, quality and safety. Documents that suare carrying out the Goods, must contain clear information about the date of manufacture and the period of sale of the Goods. The product must not have defects in appearance and must be packed by the winning Participant in such a way as to exclude its deterioration or destruction during the delivery period.
