Subject of purchase: The amount of security for tender offers: UAH 5,000.00. (Five thousand UAH. 00 kopecks). Type of security for tender offers: Electronic bank guarantee. Conditions for providing security for tender offers: The tender offer must be accompanied by a document thatrequires the provision by the Participant of security for the tender offer, which must be provided in the form of an electronic bank guarantee (hereinafter - bank guarantee) with an improved electronic signature/qualified electronic signature of the guarantor (hereinafter - bank-guarantor) affixed in accordance with the requirements of the current lawinstitution The electronic guarantee must contain a link to the details of the purchase, its name and number on the web portal of the Authorized Body. The electronic guarantee is provided as part of the tender offer in a format that makes it possible to verify the improved electronic signature/qualified electronicsignature of the guarantor bank using the resource of the official website of the Central Certification Body of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
