Description:
Subject of purchase: PLACE OF DELIVERY: Ternopil region, Ternopil district, village Petrykyv, str. Zelena, 15 (Petrykivskyi regional geriatric boarding house). DELIVERY TERMS: from the date of signing the contract to December 31, 2024. Periodically, twice a week, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., prior agreement with ZAmovnik is mandatory. Sour milk cheese with a fat content of 9% or more must meet the requirements of DSTU ISO 22000:2019 (ISO 22000:2018, IDT). The taste and smell are clean, sour-milk, with the taste and aroma characteristic of a pasteurized product, without extraneous tastes and smells. GMO free. Compliance with the requirements of the incumbentdignity. promissory note of Ukraine, DST, GOST, food standards. Don't offer cheese products! Each packaging unit must have the following information: the name of the food product, the name and address of the manufacturer's enterprise, net weight, composition, date of manufacture, expiration date and storage conditions, data onnutritional and energy value. The product must not contain genetically modified organisms (GMOs), which must be displayed on the label with the marking "without GMOs". For each batch of goods, the Supplier must provide the manufacturer's quality certificates, the conclusion of the state sanitary-epidemiological examination,or another similar document confirming the compliance of the product with the requirements established for it by the norms and rules generally binding on the territory of Ukraine, must be drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.
