Description:
The subject of procurement: Language (speech), which (in which) should be prepared by tender offers - Ukrainian, more in the tender documentation. The tender offer is necessarily accompanied by the provision in the form of an electronic bank guarantee of 19 500.00 UAH (in the form of an electronic document), issued in accordance with the provisions on the procedure for implementing banks on guarantees in national and foreign currencies, approved by the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine 15.12.2004 №639. The main requirements for a bank guarantee: covered, irrevocable, unconditional, according to which the liability is carried by the bank. Enigned in the text of the bank guarantee signatory must coincide with the signatory, which imposed an electronic digital signature. In the event that the signatory is not the Chairman of the Board, the authority of the person who signs a guarantee must be confirmed by a scanned copy of the corresponding guarantor document (orders, etc.) with the imposition of an electronic digital signature of an authorist authorized person who signed a guarantee. Text of a bank guarantee can not contain : conditions of mandatory provision of the principal of written confirmation of the onset of the guarantee case and the reasons for its occurrence; ...
