The Participant must have available the full volume of goods, which is the subject of this procurement procedure, in order to deliver it to the customer both in partial batches and in full as needed within the terms established by the contract. The goods are delivered to a period of no more than 3 days from the date of receipt by the Supplier of the application for the Goods. The calculation is carried out within 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of actual delivery of the Goods and receipt of the Supplier's invoice.
