- Subject of purchase: According to the official report of an epidemiologist, the customer must purchase an irradiator, namely: UV-BLAZE 30W STANDARD open-type irradiator (4 pcs.) During the conclusion of the contract, the following documents must be provided: 1) Confirmation of use in the presence of peoplee conclusion of the sanitary-epidemiological examination or a document similar in content to the State sanitary-epidemiological examination regarding the confirmation of safety parameters for use in the presence of people. 2) Delivery set: The shielded bactericidal irradiator must include (setscope of supply): a special louvered aluminum grid, an ozone-free ultraviolet germicidal lamp Osram 30 W (T8, G13), lamp holders, Osram electronic ballast, an electric wire with a plug, a reflector made of polished aluminum.
