Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Patrol Boats for the Needs of State Border Guard Service of Ukraine Interested Bidders must submit the following information and documents together with the original of bid: 1) Official Bid (Form 1, Form 2); 2) Specification of Bid (Section II); 3) Vendor Information sheet - signed and stamped; 4) Code of Conduct for Suppliers - signed and stamped; 5) Bid Security equivalent (Form 3, bank guarantee from a reputable commercial banking institution or an insurance company) or Bid Securing Declaration (in case Bid Security is not submitted) (Form 4); 6) Certificate of Registration from government agency in Ukraine or abroad; 7) Bidder-s Charter (if available); 8) Confirmations of Tax Identification Number and certificate of taxpayer, issued by respective government agencies in Ukraine or abroad; 9) Valid Government Permits/Licenses regarding the activity, related to the subject of the current tender (if applicable); 10) Financial statements (Statement of condition, Profit and Loss Account for years 2019-2020); 11) Key customers- references; 12) Supporting documents on quality of proposed equipment i.e. quality certificate, declaration of conformity, research of design certificate etc. 13) Manufacturer Authorization Form, Copies of Authorization / Reseller / Partner / Distributor Certificates, issued by equipment manufacturer; 14) List of Warranty Service Providers; 15) Bid documents checklist (Form 7).
