• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Supply of Spirits Wipes. Bidding conditions: 1. Commercial proposals submitted by the bidders must be valid without changes during not less than 90 (ninety) days from the day of their submission. 2. Prices have to be fixed in USD and the delivery terms have to be indicated accordingly to the specification. 3. Goods requirements, terms of delivery and payment set forth in the Specification. 4. Alliance reserves the right to decrease or increase procurement volume within 20% of the specification volume. 5. Deadline for bid proposal submission shall be not later than December 30, 2021, 14:00 (UTC+02:00). All proposals received afterwards shall not be considered. 6. Public opening of envelopes with proposals shall be made at the same time indicated p.5, address: 24 Bulvarno-Kudryavska st., building 3, 2nd floor, 01601 Kyiv, Ukraine . • Every participant who provided a pricing proposal within due time shall be automatically invited to visit envelope opening session. • Due to the introduction of restrictive measures related to the spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19), depending on the situation at the date of the procedure (see paragraph 6 above), the procedure of public opening of envelopes can be carried out or live ( at the address specified in item 6), or remotely by arranging a teleconference. 7. Principal factors to influence the final decision with regard to bidding winner (s) are indicated in the clause 8 of the Specification. 8. Bid winner will be selected on the bidding committee session after a detailed technical, financial and legal evaluation of all received proposals. The results of the tender are expected to be announced no later than January 11, 2022. 9. ICF Alliance for Public Health” reserves the right to accept or decline any bidding proposal according to the documents and its own policies and procedures, or stop bidding procedure and refuse from all proposals any time before entering into the agreement without any responsibility therefor before to the bidding participants. 12. ICF Alliance for Public Health” shall inform about the reason of declining all proposals in the event of a written request from the bidding participant.
