Subject of purchase: The price must include direct, general production and administrative costs, taking into account costs, including, but not limited to: transport costs, additional payments to employees due to the loss of travel time, communication, insurance, special equipment, and also an economically justified arrivalcurrent that the Supplier plans to receive as a result of the sale, funds to cover risks and/or additional costs associated with inflationary processes, all taxes and fees, mandatory payments paid or to be paid by the Supplier for the delivery of the Goods, in particular tax on the added security guard, other costs necessary for the execution of the project of the Agreement until its complete completion. 1.1. The goods must be properly registered in Ukraine in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law and meet national and/or international standards. 1.2. The delivery of the goods is carried out at the expense of the Supplierof the 1.3. The delivery of the goods is carried out on the terms of DDP - the pharmacy warehouse of the Customer (in accordance with the requirements of the International Rules "Incoterms-2010") at the address: Vinnytsia, Khmelnytske shosse, 96.
