Description:
Subject of purchase: Technical requirements for the product: Technical salt: (white or light gray color, ground with a grain size of up to 4.0 mm (over 4.0 mm - no more than 15%)) without packaging (in bulk), with an anti-caking additive (up to 150 g/t), with a mass fraction of sodium chloride of at least 97%, completely ready for use.The product should not contain extraneous contaminants in the form of plant remains, soil, wood, stones, pieces of metal, etc., visible to the naked eye. The price of the product should take into account delivery costs (along with loading, unloading, transportation and other related services) to the place of storage: Kyiv, Prospekt Nauky, 53, and other expenses, payment of taxes and fees that are paid or should be paid. Place of delivery: Kyiv, Customer's warehouse. Goods will be delivered in batches from the date of signing the contract until May 31, 2023. Product delivery can be one-time or multipleitems in accordance with the Supplier's capabilities, subject to the Customer's approval. The goods are delivered without packaging (in bulk). The date of delivery is considered the date of transfer of the Goods according to the invoice, freight invoice and act of weighing on a weighing system or other documentom that confirms the volume (weight) of the goods in the corresponding vehicle. Ownership of the Goods is transferred to the Customer at the time of receipt. In the case of detection of inconsistencies in the quantity and quality of goods that do not meet the terms of the contract, the Customer has the right to refuse acceptance...
