In order to participate in the tender, the contractor must consider and fill in the tender documentation package (1. BOQ for the arrangement of a monolithic retaining wall;The contractor must provide a completed tender documentation package and add the following documents to the package:-commercial proposal-must be signed by the authorized person and certified by the seal; -will the "WAQ arrangement of the arbitrary wall and contours of arbitrary formcontract and document confirming its execution (act of completed works);-extract from the EDR (full) as of the day of submission of documents; -statut in the current version (all pages, including reverse, which is information);(regarding the charter in the current version);-a license for the performance of works related to the creation of objects of architecture with annexes;-special permits and declarations provided by the Subcontractor for the performance of high-risk works and for the operationemployees on the passage of exercises on OP and TV; qualification certificates of employees; -copy of the passport and code of the head (signature) of the companion; -vature or other document confirming the authority of the signature of the companion (if any);- the last submitted (registered);- the report of the Subcontractor on financial results (report on aggregate income)- the last submitted (registered);accrued single contribution to compulsory state social insurance to the bodies of revenue and fees) Annex 4 - Table 1 Last submitted (registered);...
