The editorial board of the Vesta newspaper announces a tender for the involvement of a specialist/specialist in the development of a strategic plan. The purpose is to determine the priorities of enterprise development, strengthen management efficiency, optimize the internal structure and ensure sustainable development in the media sphere. The main tasks of the expert/expert: holding a strategic session with the management and editorial team; Analysis of the internal and external environment; Formulation of mission, vision, strategic goals and directions; Development of a strategic plan for 2025-2027; Development of the operational plan for 1 year; Formation of organizational structure of the enterprise (indicating 9 key positions and functions); Provision of a strategic plan implementation within 6 months of formation.
