The audit should be conducted by an external, independent and qualified auditor (Certified Public Accountant/Authorized Public Accountant or equivalent certificates). Audit goals and objectives: Verification of general purpose financial statements, which consist of a financial state (balance) report, financial results for 2023, and which are prepared in accordance with national accounting standards, and the auditor's opinion on whether financial reports General purpose reflects the financial situation of the organization as of December 31, 2023 in all material aspects and its change in relation to net assets in the end of the year, as well as the reports made in accordance with the rules of Ukrainian legislation and accounting rules. General purpose financial statements should include notes in the financial statements. Taking into account the above, to summarize the results of the internal control of the organization, as well as to evaluate the risks in the field of control and to identify significant shortcomings, including significant weaknesses, within the audit procedures necessary to express the audit opinion on the financial statements.
