• We announce the tender for the determination of the consultant (ki) services for improving the skills of employees in the UMOSKM "Spirit" (hereinafter referred to as the organization) on the monitoring and evaluation USAID Project "Building a Sustainable Public Health System". Task: 1. Development of a program of monitoring and evaluation of the organization of 12 hours (6 hours for preparation and reporting). 2. Conduct an online training on monitoring and evaluation of the organization. The training duration is 12 hours (4 days of 3 hours). 3. Conducting an online session to develop strategic plan performance indicators according to 8 strategic and operational goals of the organization (4 hours). *Suppose discussing and changing the duration of execution if the tender proposal provides significant arguments. 4. Preparation and submission of final analytical reports of the consultant (ki) on the services rendered. Expected results: 1.
