- NGO "Important" announces a tender to identify the executor of the facilitated session with further online consultations in order to develop a strategic plan for the development of the organization for 2025-2027. NGO "important" on a voluntary basis brings people together to improve the quality of life by ensuring gender equilibrium in society. The main purpose of the organization is to promote the protection of the rights and freedoms of women and girls, the development of women's leadership, the support of women's initiatives and to counteract gender -conditioned violence. The organization also actively involves women in public, political and economic life, provides psychosocial support and promotes the economic capacity of women. The estimated date of the facilitated session: January 2025. Work Description: Preparation: Development of a detailed session plan, preparation of the necessary materials and tools. Conducting a session: holding a two -day offline session (16 hours) with the NGO "Important" team aimed at forming a strategic vision and developing an operational plan. Online Consultations: Provision of 2 online consultations (4 hours) for refinement and registration of a strategy and an operational annual plan based on materials obtained during the session.
