NGO "Great Idea" announces a tender for determining the service provider for external assessment of organizational development and development of organizational development plan on the basis of the results obtained. The purpose of this tender is to provide an assessment of the organization, to determine the needs for development and to create a plan for enhancing the organizational capacity of NGO "Great Idea". Our expectations from the service provider: 1. Conducting an organizational audit in order to evaluate the current organization of the organization. 2. Facilitated two -day offline session for members of the organization in Kovel. 3. Provision of expert online consultations after a strategic session for implementation and monitoring of organizational development strategy. 4. Development of the Organizational Development Plan for 2025-2027. The term of service provision: November 2024 - January 2025.
